 Payment Monthly in advance

       Deposit one and a half monthly rent

     Damages caused by tenant above normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit

• Cleaning bi-weekly included:​

     Room and common areas, sheets and towels changed bi-weekly

• Fully furnished and serviced accommodation, including towels

• Handling of access expenses related to: electricity, gas, waste, community costs

• Rules of the House: 

      No touristic rentals​

      No animals

        Respect the neighbours
